Registration fees

• 200€ (until september 3rd).
• 280€ (From September 4th).

Registration Information

The enclosed registration form must be completed and returned to Atelier Phénix with your payment.
Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming his/her registration and the hotel reservation if requested.
The checks should be made to "Atelier Phénix".
The deadline for early registration fees is September 3, 2008.
It will be possible to register at the Meeting but the Congress organisers recommend pre-booking to prevent delays.

Atelier Phénix must be notified of any cancellations in writing.

• Cancellation until August 14: refund less 90 € (administrative fee)
• Cancellation after August 14: no refund

Included in the registration fees are: access to scientific sessions and to exhibition hall during 2 days, coffee breaks and lunches.

A certificate of attendance will be given at the registration desk with your badge.
